ASSIGNMENT 2- Building Typologies
1.
Which building typology you are
researching?
I am researching Spa resorts and hotels
2.
Why are you researching this building
typology?
I am researching Spa resorts because I want to incorporate
some ideas in my building such as: structure design , interior spaces ,
circulation .
3.
What is the specialty of this
building type you would like to research i.e. museum for dance,
school for digital media…
I would like to find distinct and unique structures
with a strong sense of identity and character. These should have a highly
expressive, sculptural quality, infused with a sense of light and space. Light
and views should be the driving forces of the structures.
4.
What are the examples that you will
be researching… list the examples, location and architect (10 examples)
